Bug Title: phone doesn't come up and you can't do anything
When did the bug start? Mar 28, 2024
What's the expected behavior? when u open phone it opens and then u can close it
What behavior occurs? sometimes when u pull ur phone out, it'll show it in ur hand but never brings the GUI up. can't do Esc, T commands, etc. Gotta alt+f4 and come back. only thing i could get to come up was the CAD tablet.
Reproduction Steps: pull ur phone out and it'll do it sometimes. it happened to me a few days ago but i figured it was a one-time issue
