Bug Title: koi is blocked off and cannot be accessed

When did the bug start? Apr 25, 2024

What's the expected behavior? you should be able to walk into koi without it having an invisible wall

What behavior occurs? you cannot enter koi and even if you no clip through the door you still cannot go downstairs due to an invisible wall

Reproduction Steps: just try and walk into koi

Can confirm this. I was the one who tried to no clip inside, got inside, and couldn't walk down the stairs. I could no clip down there and was able to walk around, and was even able to walk back up the stairs, but you can't walk back down.
