Bug Title: koi is broken again

When did the bug start? May 6, 2024

What's the expected behavior? that i can open my fridges, the drink machine works, and all of my food items are listed to make

What behavior occurs? cannot open fridges, cannot make drinks, most of my food items are missing

Reproduction Steps: just go and try and open the fridges, make drinks, or try and craft foods that arent listed

Will try to confirm when in city with Felix again.

Went through with Devils, was able to confirm the following problems:

Fridges don't work - there is 3, all third eye points
Drink machine doesn't work, no third eye point
Only three dishes to cook, should be a lot more
