Bug Title: Casino

When did the bug start? Mar 25, 2024

What's the expected behavior? To be able to gamble at the Casino.

What behavior occurs? Nobody there and no way to play slots, blackjack, poker, or roulette.

Reproduction Steps: Just visit the casino.
