Bug Title: Lockpicks Not Working
When did the bug start? Feb 4, 2024
What's the expected behavior? When you go up to a vehicle and use the lockpick, a minigame is supposed to start to allow you into the vehicle.
What behavior occurs? When you use it, it sets off the car alarm but nothing happens. And the car is still locked.
Reproduction Steps: 1)Put lockpick in pockets or hotbar
2)Try to lockpick a car
