Bug Title: Donator Shop unlimited test drive
When did the bug start? Feb 4, 2024
What's the expected behavior? Test drive ends after 30s or the car disappears after leaving it
What behavior occurs? You can drive it as long as you want. The car never disappears
Reproduction Steps: Test drive a car. When the car is not turned on and you have to hotwire it, you can exit the vehicle and it stays outside and wont disappear.
If the engine is turned on already, the car will disappear
