What's the expected behavior? order the fake plates lock picks or racing tablet and you get the marker and go get.

What behavior occurs? nothing shows up on the map get notice to go to mirror park and there's none to collect from

What behavior occurs? Does not give you contract and does not pay other people sometimes

Reproduction Steps: Try to get contracts and or doa contract with some one else
