Bug Title: MDT
When did the bug start? Feb 4, 2024
What's the expected behavior? When searching for citizens' names it should show the individual's information and pas charges.
What behavior occurs? it will not search but be in the searching loading bar forever. Then even when you put the MDT away it stays up on the screen with the loading circle.
Reproduction Steps: Try and search for people in the MDT. It seems to happen occasionally.
