Bug Title: SAST fingerprinting
When did the bug start? Feb 1, 2024
What's the expected behavior? To be able to identify or to make a profile of someone when using the fingerprinting machine. It is causing people not being able to get a gun license.
What behavior occurs? Nothing as there is no station to take fingerprints.
Reproduction Steps: In the jail cells at VPD, a PED is standing behind a desk. The fingerprinting should be at that same table.
