Bug Title: Can't connect to phone radio after revived
When did the bug start? May 1, 2024
What's the expected behavior? Reconnect to the phone radio channel normally after being helped up by EMS
What behavior occurs? You can connect but can't talk over the radio. Can hear the people on the channel just can't toggle your hotmic for it
Reproduction Steps: 1. Die!
2. Connect to a radio channel
3. Hear your friends yapping but be unable to yap back
4. Headpop to fix it
I've heard 1-2 people say they weren't able to use their phones period after being revived but I haven't experienced that yet. Will provide a screenshot of F8 logs next time it happens.
