Bug Title: Can't open garage menu

When did the bug start? Apr 19, 2024

What's the expected behavior? Press E and open garage menu

What behavior occurs? Press E, UI prompt doesn't pop up

Reproduction Steps: 1. Go to garage C
2. Press E when prompted
3. Get no menu

Additional notes: Can still call car with valet, its just physically taking a car out of the garage/viewing garage etc thats busted

I don't think so, but will go through and check. Its working on my other character so probably a cursed car somewhere
