Bug Title: Removed vehicles show as "Unknown" in garage
When did the bug start? Apr 26, 2024
What's the expected behavior? Removed vehicle packs would be cleared from our garages as well
What behavior occurs? Still shows ownership of "Unknown" vehicles in garage and phone app
Reproduction Steps: 1. Have owned a dono vehicle or SAFR vehicle that was part of the removed vehicle packs
2. Check a garage or your cell phone garage app
3. See a graveyard of "Unknown" vehicles that we have lost
