Bug Title: Game thinking you're dead after you're helped by a doctor
When did the bug start? Feb 1, 2024
What's the expected behavior? When you leave the hospital, you are alive
What behavior occurs? Cannot carry someone, gets a "You cannot carry this person. You are dead." notification. Headpopping fixes it.
Reproduction Steps: 1. Die!
2. Check in at the hospital
3. Once helped back up, try /carry on someone
4. Be told you're a ghost and ghosts can't carry mortals
