Bug Title: PEDs buy weed but you don't get paid for it
When did the bug start? Feb 2, 2024
What's the expected behavior? PED takes the weed, you get money
What behavior occurs? PED takes the weed but you don't get any money for it
Reproduction Steps: 1. Have weed
2. Third eye a PED and go through the menu to sell the weed
3. The weed is removed from your inventory, and you get a notification that police have been alerted, but no money is given in exchange (no changes on cash, dirty money or bank account seen per clip)
