Bug Title: Zip-Zap-zop Job wont start
When did the bug start? Feb 4, 2024
What's the expected behavior? When talking to the Manager, you start the job and spawn in the Mail Truck
What behavior occurs? You cant start the job becase the White GoPostalTruck is in the way.
Ive tried rejoining and it worked 1/10 times (the car was gone after rejoining) but that doesnt work everytime, and its kinda annoying to always rejoin just to start the job.
Reproduction Steps: If possible: Disable the spawning of the Postal truck??
