Bug Title: ambo damage issue
When did the bug start? Mar 12, 2024
What's the expected behavior? when ambo is a little damaged it should still run properly
What behavior occurs? sometimes when the ambulance gets a little damaged, like still at 90% health it'll start bouncing a bit while driving (like one wheel will come off the ground), and yesterday i had it where one drived slow and would start randomly going in reverse even though it was above 90% health.
Reproduction Steps: get an ambo (i believe this was fordambo), damage a little bit, watch it bounce. doesn't always happen.
