Bug Title: cad gray screen

When did the bug start? Apr 23, 2024

What's the expected behavior? cad work normally and come up

What behavior occurs? when u open cad, its just a gray/black screen and u have to do /cadrefresh to get it to come back up

Reproduction Steps: open cad

unable to reproduce. please get with your command to see if they can help troubleshoot

That's common behavior and why the cadrefresh command exists.
 
Has to do with fivems memory management
