Bug Title: Cigars don't work
When did the bug start? Feb 20, 2024
What's the expected behavior? You can smoke regular cigars
What behavior occurs? Regular cigars have no icon in inventory and can not be smoked. Nothing happens when you pull one out; they don't light.
Reproduction Steps: Get a cigar, pull it out to smoke, nothing happens.
