Bug Title: pressing X still breaks drunk effect

When did the bug start? May 1, 2024

What's the expected behavior? it shouldn't break the drunk effect

What behavior occurs? it does

Reproduction Steps: get drunk, hit x. it wasn't the prone keybind. i'm going to test all the x keybinds and see what one does it.

(sb-handlingtuning) Hold for nitro is the keybind responsible for breaking drunk and high effect.

Can confirm, had this happen recently. Pressed X when drunk to put a hamburger away and it broke the effect of being drunk. I was still walking like I was drunk, but my screen was normal.

I removed the keybind, should be good to go.
