Bug Title: car wont stay shutoff

When did the bug start? Apr 20, 2024

What's the expected behavior? when using the set key bind or the menu to shutoff the cars ignition it should stay turned off

What behavior occurs? when using the set key bind or menu to shutoff the cars ignition it don't stay shutoff it will start the car back up almost instantly

Reproduction Steps: use the set key bind or car menu to shut off your car

I reenabled the G key to turn on and off the engine
