Bug Title: Can't match Masks(women) with other flags (men

When did the bug start? Feb 14, 2024

What's the expected behavior? Match Masks with Other flagged members

What behavior occurs? Women can't match the mens masks. Women go up to 296. and none match the Mens 299 mask

Reproduction Steps: Be female, try to get a mask that matches the other flagged members of a gang

the female and male eups are different and have different numbers for everthing you will have to look through all of them to find the one you need
