Bug Title: Fell through Map driving in car

When did the bug start? Feb 5, 2024

What's the expected behavior? Supposed to drive down the road normally

What behavior occurs? Fell through the map while driving at 581 kept falling and was going backwards while in the car towards 579

Reproduction Steps: was driving at a regular speed nothing crazy just drove; sent up a prayer; was helped

Bug Title: Constant Desync

When did the bug start? Feb 9, 2024

What's the expected behavior? I don't get swallowed by the ground like some sort of bad falling dream.

What behavior occurs? I repeatedly fall through the ground, even after a regular cache cleanup.

Reproduction Steps: walk around for an hour, it'll probably happen.

Can confirm, I've had bad texture loss around rockford/vinewood areas and sometimes the floor doesn't floor.

Bug Title: Steady FPS drop

When did the bug start? Feb 8, 2024

What's the expected behavior? I should maintain about 70-90 fps

What behavior occurs? After about an hour in city the Fps rapidly drops tp about 25 fps and stays there till reset

Reproduction Steps: Do stuff around the city for a coupel hours

Bug Title: Can't get in/unlock/access my mechanic shop Mosleys

When did the bug start? Feb 13, 2024

What's the expected behavior? To get inside/access/unlock my mechanic shop Mosleys

What behavior occurs? Nothing. I pull up to the garage door and theres a red lock on it, cant third eye or interact with at all.

Reproduction Steps: Get Mosleys job, go to shop, try to unlock.

Personally I've not fallen through the map in the last few days, but the desync and texture loss has gotten worse for me.

This has been resolved after removing a series of mlos
