Bug Title: Phone bug (again)
When did the bug start? Apr 9, 2024
What's the expected behavior? Phone pulls up and works with UI and all when i press "1" or any of the spaces in my inventory
What behavior occurs? Phone doesnt pull up at all.
Head popped 3 times, bought a new phone and head popped and still not working
