Bug Title: skins, lipsticks, and outfits
When did the bug start? Jul 25, 2024
What's the expected behavior? expect the skins to look the same, outfits to work, and lipstick to be available
What behavior occurs? somehow my skin looks drastically different, lipstick and I think blush is no longer available outside of the character creator menu, and you can no longer change to saved outfits in any stores, only at jobs or maybe houses. new outfits do not save anywhere as far as I can tell. also switching to an older outfit will revert any skin menu changes, hairstyle, makeup, etc.
Reproduction Steps: change looks, try to put clothes on, try to change makeup, then put an old outfit on
