Bug Title: Boat delivery way too slow

When did the bug start? Mar 1, 2024

What's the expected behavior? BE able to use the truck normaly

What behavior occurs? Truck is way too slow, doesnt go up steep roads.When you stop, you have to use the break and accelerate to even strat going somewhere.
