- Misdemeanor Charges: Eligible for expungement after 30 days from the date of arrest or conviction; the defendant must be crime-free for 30 days.
- Felony Charges: Eligible for expungement after 45 days from the date of arrest or conviction; the defendant must be crime-free for 45 days.
- Violent Felonies: Eligible for expungement after 60 days from the date of arrest or conviction; the defendant must be crime-free for 60 days.
- Lawyer Fees: $10,000
- Court Fee: $10,000
- Misdemeanors: $10,000 per charge
- Felonies: $15,000 per charge
- Violent Felonies: $50,000 per charge
