Arrest and Charges

1. [] A Law Enforcement Officer (LEO) arrests the individual and transports and processes the Suspect at the nearest PD Station.[] Lists the charges in the Computer-Aided Dispatch (CAD) system.[] Fines are Totaled and issued to the Suspect.[] The Suspect is sent to jail under the assumption of guilt.[] Non-violent offenses (e.g., traffic, financial crimes) are eligible for bail.[] Violent offenses are not eligible for bail.[] Bail conditions: 15 minutes of jail time and 50% of the fine.[] Court sessions will be held the following Saturday.[] Missing court without an excuse results in:
