Bug Title: Hud disappears after a while
When did the bug start? Apr 8, 2024
What's the expected behavior? Hud is visible the entire time you're in game
What behavior occurs? Screen flashes white and your hud disappears completely
Reproduction Steps: 1. Be in city for a while
2. Be doing literally anything (I thought alt+tabbing was causing it but have ruled that out as a cause)
3. See a white flash and hud disappears
4. Be unable to see it or go into any menus until you headpop
Has happened twice in 3 hours to me, also happening to others. F8 console is spamming that the things don't exist (see attached media) Several people will lose it at the exact same time.
