Bug Title: MAP soft lock when dead

When did the bug start? Jan 2, 2024

What's the expected behavior? Either not have the ability to look at map when dead or beable to close map

What behavior occurs? When dead/ Dying and you pull up the map you cant put the map away or 3rd eye anything: Like Check in

Reproduction Steps: Get downed and open map

i belive theres a glitch where we made it so someone cant open there escape menu and go to there map, but its letting them in but then wont let them escape back into the game
