    Spray painting isn't going through, bolo vehicles, speed traps, medical calls (were through on EMS but not PD apparently), cargo robberies etc. not going through at all.

    There are certain areas where you can, some where you can't. I believe this is intended. In Sandy, I've had luck near the gas station/police station/convenience store along the main drag. The section between Sandy/Grapeseed is no but along the main street in Grapeseed works as well.

    I spoke to Yuri, apparently the animation and minigame aren't lined up so it looks like they've broken cuffs to PD before the crim has actually finished the minigame, but not sure we can adjust the animation to last the full duration.
