Bug Title: Bike shop unable to browse/purchase bikes

When did the bug start? Apr 24, 2024

What's the expected behavior? To be able to browse selection of bikes the dealership has to offer as well as purchase said bikes.

What behavior occurs? Cannot get to the selection of bikes. Cannot third eye where supposed to.

Reproduction Steps: Go to bike shop, try to view bikes.

Confirmed, third eye points are there but don’t bring up a menu
 
This should be fixed now if you noclip over there it will likely not show the bikes and ergo error out
