Bug Title: not able to get in cars after a while in city

When did the bug start? Apr 25, 2024

What's the expected behavior? be able to get in car doors

What behavior occurs? have had to headpop a lot lately because after a while doors mess up and won't let you in them, but other people can get in.

Reproduction Steps: used car doors for a bit.

Can you get me a clip of this along with is the vehicle yours or a job/civ vehicle? Also open your F8 and scroll through your logs slowly in the clip please.

This had to do with the stretcher bug; it's fixed now.
