Evan was born in a small town near Tampa Florida with his older brother Drake and his younger brother Eddie Evans parents piggy teen and Barbara teen were alcoholics and smoked a lot and didn’t care about any of us so when Drake was 18, he snuck out of the house and left forever five years later when Evan turned 18 he hear that his mom and dad got into a bad car accident his mom didn’t make it and Evan didn’t want to live with his dad so he took his younger brother Eddie and fled to Georgia. Once Eddie turned 18 he saved up enough money to move to Montana. Evan decided to stay for a little bit to get more money so to get some more money. He joined the US Marines. After basic training, he was deployed to take out a submarine, carrying a lot of narcotics. that day one of them popped out and shot Evan in the shoulder after all, that he was given his first paycheck so he could move to California and he ended up in Los Santos. He decided to apply for the LSPD he was good there, but later in the LSPD turns into the SAST, he saw his brother Eddie in an ambulance, not in the back, driving it he was an EMS but Evan didn’t care so much but a year later. Eddie died to a heart attack. It was heartbreaking for everybody. Even his dad moved back in town, which he hated. But now.
