Bug Title: questions skip when doing driving tests
When did the bug start? Apr 20, 2024
What's the expected behavior? when you answer a question and press next for the next question it should take you to it
What behavior occurs? when you answer the question and press continue instead of taking you to the next question it makes you reenter the answer again when you do it skips 2 of the questions forcing you to fail the test
Reproduction Steps: just taking the test it will do it multiple times
