Bug Title: Tuner Shop in services app

When did the bug start? Mar 12, 2024

What's the expected behavior? When someone is clocked into work at the tuner shop, the services app will show it as open so they can get calls.

What behavior occurs? Someone is clocked in and the services app still shows 'closed'

Reproduction Steps: Clock into Tuner Shop job
Check services app

(I think the jobs creator ID probably is just wrong in the script so it's not linking lol)
