Bug Title: Rotary Wing test
When did the bug start? Apr 19, 2024
What's the expected behavior? when you take the test should be like the driving school test for cars and cdl. be able to answer each of the 18 questions.
What behavior occurs? it repeats and skips questions. the repeat questions or skipped questions still count so no matter what you fail it.
Reproduction Steps: pay the money, and take the test i have it clipped the issues i was having during the test.
