Bug Title: pressing X breaks drunk effect

When did the bug start? Mar 28, 2024

What's the expected behavior? pressing X to stop an animation doesn't stop drunk effect

What behavior occurs? it breaks it, ur vision still wobbles but u dont see the green effect

Reproduction Steps: get wasted, press x

There are a few things attached to X, but this is the action my character does.
