on the topic of texture loss, i've heard a few people say they get texture loss issues at pillbox when near the front sliding door. have not experience myself. those people have extended texture budget all the way up.

Bug Title: Fell through the map 599 road to Exotic.

When did the bug start? Apr 7, 2024

What's the expected behavior? To drive on a smooth roadway from one destination to another

What behavior occurs? Drove on the road to get to 599 fell face forward in vehicle and stuck under the map for multiple minutes (clip can be provided)

Reproduction Steps: Drove on the road about 200 ft before auto exotic and wait for it to pull you under.

Bug Title: Loss of texture near Los Santos Freeway in 700’s postals

When did the bug start? Apr 10, 2024

What's the expected behavior? Ground to be textured and look even and realistic.

What behavior occurs? The ground is like a gray color and looks pretty wild.

Reproduction Steps: Drive near 700 postals near Los Santo Freeway and the mansion.

Still getting texture loss often around Rockford Hills/Vinewood areas

The texture loss on the road between vinewood bowl and casino is still present. I believe it to be a texture issue with the mansion property right up the hill NB on that road.
