Bug Title: Bodybags
When did the bug start? Apr 15, 2024
What's the expected behavior? Able to put people who are DNRing into bodybags.
What behavior occurs? It just won't put people in them.
Reproduction Steps: Have a bodybag in your inventory, open medical system, go to the middle row and select bodybag (when you've selected the person that is down and is DNRing)
