When did the bug start? Feb 8, 2024

What's the expected behavior? Should be a guy standing there to sell me stuff flower stuff.

What behavior occurs? I pull up there is no flower shop guy to buy any flower things from.

Reproduction Steps: Drive up to flower shop.
