Bug Title: [3012 Digital Den] Owner/Boss Menu Missing

When did the bug start? Feb 17, 2024

What's the expected behavior? As the Owner of the Shop [Digital Den 3012 Paleto] i should still have access to my Owners/Boss Menu to manage my shop, inventory and Cashflow etc...

What behavior occurs? Can enter the Shop by walking trough the maindoor and open it to buy goods as every normal customer can, but can't go behind the counter and open my Owners menu

Reproduction Steps: go to 3012 Digital Den behind the counter where my accesspoint was and try to get in my Shop menu.

I have tried 3rd eye on multiple spots but it wasn’t working. There is a point( marker if I can call it like that) where my old access point was, but it’s like not „active“. Can see but not use it. Due to my European schedule I’m not in the city atm. Will definitely check it out again asap
