Bug Title: Postal train delivery job, train can go the speed of sound.

When did the bug start? Apr 14, 2024

What's the expected behavior? The train has a max speed it can go.

What behavior occurs? The train infinitely gains speed. It goes up to 160-180mph and if you keep holding W, the speedometer will start reading that it's slowing down but based on the face ripping speed it's actually continuing to speed up.

Reproduction Steps: Go to the Postal train delivery job and accept, hold W and prepare to experience Mach10.
